Welcome to the Region 4b Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Volunteer Management System. The Volunteer Management System is a secure,
online system that helps 4b staff manage the needs of the MRC, including volunteer screening, badging, training and deploying. Existing
volunteers and guests can view and sign up for upcoming trainings or deployments by clicking “View Upcoming Events”. Those who are interested
in becoming a volunteer can complete an online application.
Be sure to read and sign the Volunteer Terms of Service and complete the CORI form as part of the application process.

What does an MRC Volunteer do?
MRC volunteers have helped respond to & recover from disasters such as Hurricane Katrina, and the June 2011 Springfield, MA tornadoes. MRC volunteers can be called upon in emergency situations to provide medical or support services, interpret for individuals who do not speak English, provide administrative support, and more.
Volunteers also have opportunities to assist their communities and local health department with routine activities including drills, flu clinics, and health screenings. Our MRC volunteers are offered frequent opportunities to attend local trainings and develop new and innovative skills.
Please contact Alison Minkoff at email@example.com with questions about the MRC.
